There are many levels of storage and retrieval service available to our clients:

• Archive storage of dead files that need to be held for a great many years. It may be 6, 12, 40 years or longer.
  
• Active storage of files or boxes that are required at your premises from time to time.
  
• A daily or twice daily service whereby Anglian Archives deliver and collect files and boxes to your requested times.

The service we offer is flexible enough to fit with your needs.  

Anglian Archives carefully and accurately identify and record each archive box that is taken into store and assign it a unique code that identifies its random location within our secure store. The random location gives another level of security – “Security by Obscurity”.  

Your files can be packed into boxes for you by our dedicated staff, catalogued to suit your requirements and removed from your premises to our store. Equally, Anglian Archives are happy to accept boxes of documents already packed by you.
